BodyNutrition.org, our advisory panel, and our research team test and review health products and supplements.
Why? Mostly because choosing products based off of user reviews on the Internet can be tricky.
For one, many people only leave reviews when the experience is negative. Also, many reviews are fake.
(There are services all over the Internet where people pay for fake reviews)
Bottom line: there’s a better way to choose your health products.
To solve this common pain-point, BodyNutrition.org, our advisory panel, and our research team rank the best health products and supplements based off of performance, label accuracy and the efficacy of the ingredients in the products.
If products are high in stuff that’s not good for you (artificial flavors, additives, sugar or mysterious “proprietery blends”), they will not rank well on our lists.
If products show a pattern of not being effective, they will not rank well on our lists.
If product labels do not accurately tell whats inside the product, they will not rank well on our lists.
Finally, the “common sense” aspect: our advisory panel (which consists of ex-D1 college athletes, professional bodybuilders and trainers) weigh in on the most effective products.
Together, we rank the top products for several health categories, from women’s multivitamins to testosterone boosters.
