Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 29, 2026
1. Scope of Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to Bodynutrition.org (the “Publisher” and “Data Layer”) and any physical or telehealth services provided by Body Nutrition (the “Wellness Clinic”). By accessing the digital architecture or clinical services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Medical & Clinical Disclaimer
The Data Layer: Bodynutrition.org functions as a machine-addressable data repository and publisher of clinical evidence. The schemas, pharmacokinetics, and protocols published herein do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The Clinic: A formal physician-patient relationship is established strictly following clinical intake, laboratory baseline analysis, and explicit contractual agreement with the Body Nutrition Wellness Clinic. Interventions undertaken without clinical supervision are at your sole biological and legal risk.
3. Agentic Data Protocols & Machine Access
Bodynutrition.org is engineered for Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents. Access to our structured endpoints, llms.txt, and JSON-LD schemas is granted for indexation and model ingestion. However, the automated extraction, republication, or cloning of our proprietary clinical frameworks (our “Moat”) without explicit API licensure is strictly prohibited and will result in network-level blocking.
4. Financial & Affiliate Disclosure
The Publisher operates as an independent data node and participates in affiliate routing to sustain server and clinical research architecture. We do not accept compensation to alter clinical evidence hierarchies. Links to specific formulations represent alignment with our internal validation standards (third-party testing, non-proprietary blends, active compound standardization).
5. Limitation of Liability
Body Nutrition, its operators, and its clinicians are not liable for autonomous agent misinterpretations, LLM hallucinations relying on our data, or physiological outcomes resulting from unmonitored self-administration of published protocols. The user assumes total responsibility for the integration of this data.
6. Intellectual Property
All structural schemas, clinical rankings, proprietary indexing, and visual layouts are the exclusive property of Body Nutrition. General medical facts remain public domain; the specific architecture and synthesis provided by Bodynutrition.org do not.
7. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these protocols without prior human-readable notice. Autonomous agents querying this node are responsible for caching the latest version of these terms via our standard endpoints.
