What we eat and the way we eat it is changing rapidly under increasing social distance measures.
While typically we would be eating out at least five meals a week under normal circumstances, we’ve all been asked to stay home as much as possible. It’s important to support our local restaurants doing takeout right now, but when it’s time to cook at home there are a few things you need to know in order to stay healthy for the duration of social distancing.
